A good company will focus on gaining customers by offering great products and services.
Support
This is very important to have someone to mentor you in your journey to success. This isn’t to say that a company will hold your hand through the process, but it does mean that the company has policies set in place that will allow the representatives to operate in a way that the company makes a profit. A good company will not allow retail sales of their products and services; they won’t allow the direct selling of their products online through Craigslist or eBay. If they do allow these sales, your selling will be limited because there will always be someone undercutting you.
Compensation
Look for a company that provides solid residual income, this is called back end money. Residual income is made over and over through one sale. Make sure that the compensation is good enough for you and your team. You can create great income through sales alone or you can create even more income by building a team of leaders who are dying for success (added bonus to recruit). If you are a great leader then great people will follow you to become great leaders also. To be a great leader you will need to help your team obtain success through training and informative help.
Trust and Enthusiasm
Never join anything you don’t believe in, you have to believe in something to actually make it work. You need to display your confidence and emotion for the company because others can see it. Don’t be the person who sells something they don’t own or know about….it won’t work in the long run. Be true to yourself and your company and the success will follow.

First things first, you must believe in YOU and desire success badly enough to make a change. Change will not happen unless your change your mindset.
